Why should you consider choosing this law firm?

This law firm has been created with a goal to custom-tailor to particular clients' needs the most efficient and creative solutions to problems arising in commercial disputes and those arising under trusts and estates.  Some matters can benefit from the participation of multiple lawyers and huge firms.  Most do not. With the modern technology and specialized companies to assist with various non-legal elements of client representation, there is really no reason to pay exorbitant fees for tasks that can be accomplished by more efficient means, often including the client's own participation.

What should you expect?

Whether you are a big business, a start up company, a sole proprietor, a family partnership or an individual, I will listen to your problem, evaluate it thoroughly and share with you my honest opinion about it.  If I take your case,  you will have my full attention and commitment to your cause throughout my involvement.  Yes, I will from time to time delegate some tasks to paralegals, researchers or other professionals if I believe that this is the most prudent thing to do.  But I will never abdicate my role as an avid advocate for your cause.

My philosophy of legal practice
:

I believe  in  getting from point A to point B through the shortest and most effective route.  I believe in giving my clients a choice and an opportunity, if they wish, to be involved in both strategizing and the fact-finding process or, if they prefer, not to be bothered with the details.
Over the years, through my various experiences within and outside the legal profession,  I have developed a prayer by which I strive to live and practice law:

As an attorney and as human being, may I do what is necessary, within the confines of what is legal and honorable, not because I must but because it is the right thing to do; and may I have both the ability and the fortitude to get it done.
